Previously announced as the Vanguard Bastion, this model has officially been renamed the Vanguard Jaeger.
TIMASCUS ETA OCT-NOV. REST IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP!
The Vanguard Jaeger, designed by TuffKnivesΒ is a premium titanium frame lock built around a 3.54-inch Vanax blade, combining high-end materials with multiple blade finishes and handle configurations. At 8.27 inches overall and approximately 4.69 oz, the Jaeger offers a substantial full-size build while maintaining a streamlined profile.
Vanguard offers the Jaeger with several Vanax blade finishes, including Satin, Semi Mirror, Super Mirror, and DLC, depending on the configuration. Titanium versions are available in Gray, Blue, and Black, while the ultimate configuration takes the Jaeger significantly further with a full Timascus handle paired with a Super Mirror polished Vanax blade.
Premium details continue throughout the design with a Timascus pivot collar, titanium pocket clip, and a Timascus thumb-disc opening system. The titanium frame-lock construction provides a solid foundation for the Jaeger while allowing Vanguard to offer everything from understated titanium configurations to the striking full-Timascus version.
The Vanguard Jaeger was originally introduced during development as the Vanguard Bastion, so early photos, videos, and references to the Vanguard Bastion refer to the model now officially known as the Jaeger.

(PRE-ORDER FOR AUG-SEPT 2026) Vanguard Knives Bastion Knife Titanium Frame Lock Timascus Vanax 3.54"
This knife is a great all around size, and looks amazing. I love the feel, finish, and weight of this knife. It is nice and stream line, and the thin/thickness is great for discrete pocket carrying. This is a great folding knife for pocket carrying all the way around. I love it.
